For many schools, community groups and organisations, selling tickets online seems out of the question. We believe it should be accessible to everyone.

This website was developed after its founder, Mark Rodrigues, went through an all-too-familiar situation. "Here I was on a cold Saturday morning, waiting in a long line of parents to buy tickets for my daughter’s first ballet concert. Standing in the rain, I could only think - there has to be a better way! After asking around it became evident that for too many community groups, online ticketing seemed out of reach".

webticketing.com.au was developed to meet this need by Crystal Software Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 99 054 555 378). Crystal Software Solutions is an Australian family-owned company founded in 2000, although the members of the Upadasa (and extended) families have more 60 years of collective IT experience between them.
